In order to confirm eligibility, submit the following with OTP: 2022 W2, 2021 and 2022 Tax returns, 60 days Banks Statements, and Preapproval Letter. Additionally, Buyer will receive Special Warranty Deed as the property must be owner occupied for 15 years, per Federal Guidelines.
